A Tribute to my friend,


Tommy Drake

who will always remain “in His Grip”

From the morning prayers...

Thanking Him for you

and who you were to so many and

praying for all who miss you!

Please pray for my friend, Tommy Drake and for his family, especially his children and church members. 

He was a Methodist Minister. He had a prayer line using his facebook page. He would ask “Who do we need to pray for tonight (or today)?” or “Who do we need to lift up tonight?” He had my name on his list many times. I got prayers and notes from all over the world, because of Tommy. His last post was on Monday. He passed away last night. We all would check in with him almost every night to pray. He and another of our good friends, Paul, who is also a minister led the funeral for one of our dear teachers just this past October. Both of them will be missed. We will have to be the ones now to keep the prayer chain going. Of course we lift his family tonight. Our hearts are broken but we know he will continue to pray for us before the Throne. May the Angels lead him into Paradise!
